Order Processing
At ‘Kanheri’, all orders are carefully prepared and processed after confirmation.
Our team ensures that every garment is properly checked, packed, and prepared for safe delivery. Each piece undergoes careful quality inspection before it is dispatched to ensure it meets the standards.
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipment.
During peak seasons, festive periods, or special collections, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days across India, depending on the delivery location.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Remote location deliveries
- Courier partner delays
- Public holidays or unforeseen logistical circumstances
We partner with reliable shipping providers to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email containing your tracking details.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier partner’s website.
Shipping Charges
- Within India, we provide Free Shipping for all Prepaid Orders
- For COD orders, a shipping charge of Rs.150 will be levied.
- Orders will be dispatched within 3 days from receiving the order
- If your postal code is not serviceable for return pick up, customers will have to send the product to us by courier and incur prices.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
‘Kanheri’ will not be responsible for delivery delays or issues caused due to incorrect address details provided during checkout.
Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
This video will be required in case a damage claim or return request needs to be processed.
